Do you offer trial sessions?

Your first session is free. Additional trials are ₹800 per session. No-Sweat Intro available on request.

Is your gym suitable for beginners?

Yes. All workouts are scalable and coach-led.

Do I need to book a class?

No booking required. Walk in anytime during open hours.

What should I bring?

Workout clothes, training shoes, and a water bottle.

What types of programs do you provide?

Performance-driven CrossFit group classes. Personal Training is also available separately.

What qualifications do your coaches have?

Sandeep Gadde — L3, Head Coach since 2014.
Sunil Chugani — L2.
Abhishek Kalevemula — Experienced Coach.

Do you provide personal training?

Yes. 1-on-1 sessions are available; pricing depends on the coach.

How long is each session?

About 60 minutes.

How soon can I expect results?

Within a few weeks, with consistency.

Is there an age limit?

No hard limit. Suitable for most age groups.

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Basic guidance is available — ask a coach.

Are there any ongoing offers or discounts?
